Why is it important to hire a professional dog walker?

This way your pets can stay in the comfort and security of their own home. Some pets do not do well in boarding facilities. Many become stressed, and they can catch illnesses from other pets in the facility. A professional dog walker is insured, bonded, and will be certified in pet CPR and First Aid. Professional dog walkers are experienced dealing with different pets on a daily basis, as well as any emergencies that may arise.

What do I need to do before I leave?
Please ensure you have plenty of supplies such as pet food, cat litter, medication, and treats. Also leashes and bowls should be left out or discussed with the pet sitter where they may be found. Cleaning products should also be left out should there be any messes that need attention.
What does my dog walker do during a visit?

Dogs will be walked or taken outside for fresh air, exercise, and relief. During the meet and greet, you and your dog walker will discuss your desires for visit length and services to be provided.

What happens if my dog has an emergency while I am away?

Your dog walker will follow the emergency instructions provided on the Pet Information form and agreed to on the Service Agreement. Every attempt will be made to contact you and/or your emergency contact immediately.

What happens if my dog walker has an emergency while I'm away?

If your dog walker has an emergency, we will attempt to contact you for approval before sending over another qualified dog walker to take care of your dogs. If this is not acceptable, you may cancel the service and make other arrangements. Please keep in mind all of our dog walkers are trained, insured, and bonded.

What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule a visit?
We understand that things happen, so we do not charge a cancellation fee. If you need to reschedule, we will make every attempt to accommodate the new dates and times requested.
